Exchange or Refund

 

If you are not entirely satisfied, you benefit from 15 days from the date of receipt of your package, to cancel your order and return it to us.

Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected without possibility of appeal.

To do this you must :

• Inform us of your decision by contacting the customer service department contact@jabador.com on day upon receipt of the package.
• Return the new items at your own expense in their original, intact packaging, along with any accessories, to the following address:

The refund for the item will be made within a maximum period of 15 days.

For any return shipped from a country outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept any returns that involve customs duties payable by us.
Any returned package for which customs duties are claimed upon receipt will be automatically refused, with no possibility of a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly declare the package and ensure that the return is made at no cost to the recipient.

No refunds will be issued for packages refused or held in customs due to unpaid fees by the customer.
