Exchange or Refund

If you are not completely satisfied, you benefit from 15 days from the date of receipt of your package, to cancel your order and return it to us.
Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected without possibility of appeal.

For this you must :

• Inform us of your decision by contacting customer service contact@jabador.com on day of the reception of the package.
• Return the new items in the original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories at your expense to the following address
